1. Tokens

Tokens pay for the review of content a partner company submits in Tari Partners. You buy tokens first and spend them when you submit.

• Tari Partners shows the token cost before you submit.
• A rejected submission can be revised and sent again at no extra token cost.
• Tokens are valid for three years from the date of purchase.

2. Advertising bookings

A booking places an approved article in front of a chosen audience for a set number of days. The price depends on the audience, the number of active members in it, and the number of days.

• You receive a written quote before you pay. The price on the quote is the price you pay.
• Every booking includes archive storage for at least three months.
• Fees for sales representative accounts and extra archive months are shown on the same quote.
• Bookings are invoiced in rand, plus 15% VAT. Fees are flat. Tari earns no commission.

3. How you pay

Payments are processed by Payfast, by card or instant EFT. Tari does not see or store your card details. You receive a tax invoice for every payment.

4. Delivery

Tari is a digital service. Nothing is shipped.

• Tokens are added to your wallet as soon as payment is confirmed.
• A booking goes live on its booked date, once the article is approved and the booking is paid.
