For FSCA-licensed financial services providers

Sponsored financial explainers, read where doctors actually work.

Tari Financial Partners is advertising space inside the workspace South African theatre teams use every day: sponsored explainer documents and adverts about income protection, gap cover, retirement, practice finance and more. Every item carries your FSP licence, is clearly labelled as sponsored, and is reviewed before anyone sees it. Tari sells the space — never the client: flat fees only, no commission on anything you sell.

How it works

From licensed provider to the theatre-team feed

1Register as a financial partnerCreate a partner account in the Tari Partners app. Your FSP licence number and licensed provider name are required — they appear on everything you publish.
2Book your slotsPick three-day slots on a calendar. One flat-fee invoice — every booking includes at least three months in the archive.
3Submit an explainer or advertWrite an educational explainer document or a short classic advert — and optionally attach a voice narration, recorded yourself or generated with expressive AI voices.
4Compliance check & reviewAn AI pre-check screens every item against the published content guidelines, then the Tari team reviews and approves. Failed checks come back with itemised reasons — fix and resubmit.
5Live in the marqueeApproved items rotate through the sponsored slot on members' screens, then stay readable in the archive for as long as you keep storage active.
The formats

Two formats, one standard

📘

Explainer documents

Educational, genuinely useful pieces on a financial topic or product — how income protection interacts with locum work, what gap cover actually pays, how practice finance is structured. Sponsored and labelled as such, written to be worth a clinician's coffee break.

📣

Classic adverts

A short, direct promotional item for a product or service. Same rules, same labelling, same review — just a tighter format for when you have one clear thing to say.

🎙️

Optional voice narration

Attach a narration so busy clinicians can listen instead of read: record or upload your own, or generate one with expressive AI voices and preview it before you submit. Approved items get a play button in the app.

🪪

Your licence, on the record

Every published item displays your licensed provider name and FSP licence number, and carries the standing disclaimer that sponsored content is not financial advice. Clear sponsorship is why clinicians can afford to read it.

Content guidelines — the short version

Strict on purpose

The full guidelines are shown in the Partners app and applied by both the AI pre-check and the human review. In summary:

  • Advertisers must be FSCA-licensed financial services providers — a valid FSP licence number and provider name are mandatory and displayed on every item.
  • Permitted: income protection, medical aid gap cover, retirement products, practice & equipment finance, indemnity-related cover, and general financial education for medical practitioners.
  • Prohibited: cryptocurrency products, forex or trading signals, promises of guaranteed returns, unregistered investment offerings, and pyramid or multi-level structures.
  • Content must be truthful, balanced and not misleading — no exaggerated claims, pressure tactics or hidden risks; nothing may harvest users' personal information.
  • Everything is labelled "Sponsored" and carries the disclaimer that it is not financial advice — educational framing doesn't remove the label. The platform charges flat advertising fees only and never earns commission, and may remove any item at any time.

Review is paid in tokens at R20 each plus VAT. Slots are booked at flat fees, quoted before you pay and invoiced in rands — never commission — and every booking includes archive storage with a minimum of three months. See Pricing.
Because Tari sells advertising space, not financial products. The platform earns nothing per client referred, per policy sold or per signup — which keeps it firmly outside intermediary territory and keeps the incentives clean. You pay for placement; what happens between you and your clients is yours.
No. Every member sees the same sponsored content, nothing opens automatically, and reporting is aggregate only — total views, taps and narration plays per item. No per-user tracking exists, by design (POPIA).
No — and every item says so. All financial content on Tari, including educational explainers, is labelled "Sponsored" and carries the disclaimer that it is sponsored content from a licensed financial services provider and not financial advice. The advertiser remains legally responsible for their content.
Your FSP licence number and licensed provider name are mandatory at submission and may be verified against the FSCA register. Items without valid licence details cannot be submitted at all.
